8h: The tour guide will pick you up at your hotel in the Old Quarter and take you to visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, which includes Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum – the final resting place of the beloved national hero, Uncle Ho – and President Ho Chi Minh’s stilt house where he lived off and on from 1958 to 1969.
9h: You’ll visit the One Pillar Pagoda, which is actually a group of structures that collectively make up a pagoda built over the water in the middle of a square lake.
After that, you’ll have a chance to explore the Temple of literature, which was Vietnam’s first university and is dedicated to Confucius.
12h30: You’ll have lunch at local restaurant, then continuing to Bat Trang village which is famous for producing a unique style of ceramics. Bat Trang pottery workers have taken – abused – propagated greatly the progress of science technology into every stage in making pottery.
After that, you’ll keep moving to Co Loa Citadel to visit relic of an ancient urban area and military citadel. This citadel was nominated twice as the capital of the country in the past. At the end of the tour, you’ll visit Hoan Kiem lake (restored sword lake) – the heart and the soul of the capital. Also, you will have a chance to to visit Dong Xuan market – the biggest wholesale market in Hanoi.
17h: You’ll get on the car and come back to your hotel.
